This small group class uses a fun circuit-style format, with each exercise set up as its own station. You’ll rotate through resistance band work, stability ball moves, and balance board challenges—building functional strength, improving coordination, and boosting your balance as you go.
The variety keeps it fresh, the stations keep it structured, and the supportive environment means you’ll feel encouraged at every step. Perfect for beginners, returners, or anyone wanting a full-body workout that improves real-life movement—without the pressure of a traditional gym.

All MAY sessions run – 7:30-8:15pm at The Grove Building, Church St, Mere, BA12 6DS
Price: PAYG – £8 per Class or £7 per class when a monthly pass is purchased.
Terms: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for a refund or class transfer. Classes are not transfereable to other people. Spaces are limited to 10 participants and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
